HAIHE Forged Check Valves have three designing methods on bonnets. 1. Firstly bolted bonnet, bodies and bonnets are connected by bolts if valves are
designed in this way with voluble gaskets sealing (they are made from 304 flexible
graphite) or metal rings sealing if any special request is from customers.
2. Secondly welded bonnets, bodies and bonnets are connected by screws if valves
are designed in his way with seals welded completely. If any special request is
from customers the penetrated welding is available.
3. Thirdly pressure-tight bonnets, bodies and bonnets are connected by thread with
inner pressure and self-sealing seals.
Forged valves have three designing structure: lift check valves, ball check valves,
and swing check valves.
Designing Structure and Features of Forged Check ValvesHAIHE Forged Globe Valves are designed and manufactured according to MSSP-118 and
ASME B16.34. Product testing and inspecting accord to API 598 marked as per MSS-SP-25.
Adopting structures are as followed:Full Port or Reduced Port;Lift Check Valve;Ball Check Valve;Swing Check Valve;Springs are installed inside according to requirements;Bolted coupling, voluble gasket sealing bonnet, thread coupling, completely welded
sealing bonnet and thread coupling pressure-tight bonnet;
Socket welding accord to ASME B16.11;Thread coupling ends (NPT) accord to ANSI/ASME B1.20.1;Valve flaps can switch soft seals and ball valve flap.
