Forged Globe Valves have three designing methods on bonnets. Firstly adopting bolted
bonnet, bodies and bonnets are connected by bolts if valves are designed in
this way with seals connected by voluble gaskets (they are made from 304 flexible
graphite) or metal rings sealing. Secondly adopting welded bonnets, bodies and
bonnets are connected by thread if valves are designed in this way with completely
welded sealing. If any special request is from customers the penetrated welding
is available. Thirdly adopting pressure-tight bonnets, bodies and bonnets are
connected by thread with inner pressure and self-sealing seals.
Designing Structure and Features of Forged Globe Valves:Forged Globe Valves are designed and manufactured complying with BS5352 and ASME
B16.34. Product testing and inspecting accord to API 598 marked as per MSS-SP-25.
Applying Structures:Full port and Reduced port;Outside screw and yoke(OS&Y) ;Centering binder plate and socket type;Bolted coupling, voluble gasket sealing bonnet, thread coupling, completely welded
sealing bonnet and inner pressure self-tight bonnet connected by thread;
Whole upside sealing seat;Socket end accord to ASME B16.11;Thread coupling end (NPT) accord to ANSI/ASME B 1.20.1;Valve Flaps can be replaced by throttle type, needle type, ball type and check type.
