     The Series CQ magnetic force drive pump are made of corrosion-resistant engineering plastics, alumina ceramic and stainless steel. With reliable static seals replacing dynamic seals, all parts in the flowing path of magnetic pumps are fully sealed, ensuring the product non-leaking, anti-corrosive, small in size, less noisy, easy to operate and maintain. The magnetic pumps are widely used for transporting acids, alkali, oils and other fluids, which are either toxic and volatile or easy to leak, flammable and explosive.

      All flow-through parts of CQB-F fluorine lining magnetic pump are made of PVF2 and UHMWPE. Under normal temp., PVF2 has a fine corrosion resistance to many organic solvents like halogen, halogenated hydrocarbon, strong oxidant, boiling acid and alkali; UHMWPE has a fine corrosion resistance to inoxidable acid (dilute sulfuric acid, nitric acid and large concen-tration hydrochloric acid, phosphorus acid, hydrofluoric acid, formic acid and acetic acid), ammonia, amine and various alkali and salty solutions. Both materials can't resist the corrosion of strong oxidable acid. The fluorine alloy pump has a metal shell with enough tenacity to afford the mechanical impact from the pipeline and outside. Those with transmission power below 3KW adopt full fluorine structure.

      The Series ZCQ magnetic force drive pump are remodeled based on the Series CQ magnetic pumps with the recent advanced technologies of the field. The product combines the advantages of the magnetic pumps such as fully sealing and corrosion resistance, and the features of self-priming pumps such as simple line structure without bottom valve and easy operation without filling liquid for being primed. The maximum priming height is 4 m. The self-priming magnetic pumps are widely used in the petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, electric plating, dyeing and printing, food, agrochemical, and metallurgical industries for pumping acids, alkali, oils, valuable liquids, toxic or volatile liquids, especially flammable, easy to leak.
